This is a unique event in itself which has an exclusive track dedicated to only Persons with Disabilities. The stakeholders for the event would include PwD in India, Relevant Ministries and Organisations working in the field of Digital Accessibility and Internet Governance apart from Academia and Industry.
The tentative program layout for the three day Event is as follows:
- Leadership Program for Persons with Disability (18-19 Dec’2024): The Leadership Workshop will empower individuals with disabilities to become leaders in advocating for digital rights and fostering an inclusive Internet governance landscape. The program will cover key topics such as accessibility, privacy, opportunities in Internet Governance, and the role of individuals with disabilities in shaping Internet Governance policies.
- Hands-on Training Program for Digital Accessibility Testing (19 Dec’2024): Providing Hands-on training to developers and testers for achieving Digital Accessibility in their works
- Conference on Creating Web Accessible Bharat (20 Dec’2024): The Conference will bring together Administrators, Industry and other stake holders to brainstorm and share their experience in creating an environment and reducing the barriers to web and digital content.
